I had the pleasure of working with Charlie (and his sis-in-law) Norma at CEFS. He was a great person with a wonderful, unexpected sense-of-humor. He will be missed. Rest in peace.

So sorry to hear about Charlie, he was the best! We worked together at CEFS for several years. He always had a smile, kind word and funny joke. I loved to hear his stories. Heaven gained a good one!

Condolences to the family. Charlie was a great guy who I've known since I was thirteen year's old. That when I was asked to join Les Gragert and His Ramrods, by Charlie and Les. I played with them until I was eightern year's old. Charlie and I occasionally run into each other, throughout the year's. We were alway's close during those year's and beyond. I hate to hear of his passing, but was alway's proud to call him a bandmate and friend. Rest in Peace Charlie, save me a seat on the celestial bandstand with you, Les, and Gene. You are firmly in my heart and memory.
Condolences to Blake and the family. Hate to hear this dreadful news. Charlie was always a welcome sight, and never met a stranger. RIP Cuz … You Will Be Missed ..,
Charlie was my Village Hall buddy and I will miss him dearly. He always had that wonderful smile on his face when he showed up. We had so many wonderful conversations about his life growing up and as an adult. We tried to solve all the world's problems with our talks, to bad they never worked. R.I.P. my friend.
RIP Charlie, we had alot of good laughs and Sheila too..always your little sister and friend ❤️
I will miss running into at different times and chatting. Tell Mom I said hi. R.I.P Cuz.
I can say I knew the Leathers family since I played baseball with Ted and Stan. Lowell was my Little League coach. Last saw Charlie many years ago at Walmart when I was visiting Flora. Talked about old times. He was one of the good ones.
