Aunt Apryl, I don’t even know where to start.. because there’s no way to put a whole life and what you meant to me into a few words. What I do know is this.. you mattered. You were loved. And you made a difference in my life and made me feel special any time you spoke to me from the earliest times I could remember all the way to the last. I’ll always remember your presence and your spirit. You were always so cool and tough, you could roll with the verbal punches, those are some good memories from our family gatherings when I was a kid. You didn’t play any crap. Haha. There was just something about you that stuck with people, and I’m grateful I got to call you my aunt. Life moves fast, and we don’t always say the things we should while we have the chance… but I hope you knew how much you meant to me and our family. Thank you for being part of my life. Thank you for being you. “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.” — 2 Timothy 4:7 I love you, Mitch
