Irma Maxine Bogle, age 96, of Vandalia, Illinois, passed away on Saturday, June 13, 2015, at the Vandalia Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in Vandalia.

   Maxine was born June 4, 1919 to Harry and Gertrude Rose (Tadlock) Goad of Xenia, IL.  She married Merlin F. Bogle on December 5, 1940.  He preceded her in death on May 12, 1995.

   Maxine is survived by daughter and son-in-law, Joan and Gail Dabbs of Nixa, MO; daughter-in-law, Margie Bogle of Flora, IL; three granddaughters:  Tracy (Jerry) Henry of Nixa, MO; Amy (Rase) Sherwood of Springfield, IL; and Lori (Todd) Krueger of Springfield, IL; five great-grandchildren:  Joshua Henry, Kaytlin Sherwood, Rase Sherwood, Jr., Isabella Krueger, and Jacob Krueger; and half-sister:  Beulah Geneva Rapp of Flora, IL.

   Maxine was preceded in death by husband, Merlin F. Bogle; son, James F. Bogle; parents, Harry and Gertrude (Tadlock) Goad; step-mother, Grace (Barr) Goad; siblings:  Glenn Beryl Gibson (Goad), Bernice Ronald Goad, Noel Peter Goad, Esteline Pearl Goad; and half-siblings: Harry Goad, Jr., Leatha Norene Sessions, and Grace Opal Powless.
