Memorial Service: 6-7 p.m. Tuesday, February 24, 2015, at Ingraham Christian Church
Dennis L. Sharp, age 58, of Ingraham, Illinois passed away Friday, February 20, 2015, at his home in Ingraham.
Dennis was born August 8, 1956 in Clay County to Raymond and Etta Marie (Mitchell) Sharp. He married Deborah White on December 19, 1987 in Ingraham. Dennis had been an oil field worker and enjoyed outdoor activities like fishing and roaming in the woods.
He is survived by his wife: Debbie Sharp of Ingraham; father: Raymond Sharp of Flora; children: Zack Schnautz of Clay City, Jake Sharp of Ingraham, and Mandy Cox; step-son: Travis White of Mason; brothers: Allen Sharp and Benny Sharp both of Clay City, and Dylan Sharp of Flora; and 1 grandson. He was preceded in death by his mother: Etta Marie Sharp, step-mother: Florene (Payne) Sharp, a sister: Darby Sharp, and a brother.
There will be a Memorial Service honoring Dennis Sharp from 6-7 p.m. on Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at the Ingraham Christian Church with Keith Kepley officiating. Memorial donations may be given to the family to assist with expenses and may be sent to Debbie Sharp, 69 Pearl Drive, Ingraham, IL 62434. I'm so sorry to hear this my prayers are with all the families.
Sorry to learn of the death of Dennis , we send our sympathy to his family. We did not know Dennis personally but were neighbors of Raymond and Florene for many years here in Flora.
Dennis was a very dear friend of mine for many years. He helped me thru more than a few rough spots that life deals us from time to time. He was always there to be a shoulder for me, I will miss him. Prayers for Debbie and the Family, With great sadness Laurie
Dennis was always very good to me, and always made me laugh. I will miss him very much. My prayers go out to his family.
